With soft washing, we apply a biodegradable cleaning agent that sinks in and dissolves the dirt. The solution also kills organic growth. When it works its magic, we simply rinse the residue away. If necessary, we might need a soft-bristled brush to nudge off more dirt. 

Pressure washing is a more intensive process. While some companies combine this technique with detergents, the strictest definition means using plain water. The success of this technique relies on the high-powered jet of water the machine produces. 

The downside of pressure washing is that using the wrong setting can result in significant damage, so it’s best to leave this technique to the professionals.
